Have you heard about the Saddleback forum tonight on CNN?
Rick Waren (who wrote the Purpose Driven Life) is going to interview each candidate
on "personal values, presidential leadership and international affairs."
Since we'll be gone I am going to record it and am looking forward to watching it,
I am fascinated to hear what each candidate will say....
My feeling is that each candidate will be trying to prove
their Christian values and worldview while trying to not alienate non-Christians.
I think it will be interesting.

Thanks for mentioning it! I think I'll set up a timer... I'm so glad we can record more than a show at a time now since we won't want to miss Michael Phelps getting his 8th gold hopefully!
I don't know if I want to watch all the BS that will be going on!! I bet your theory is accurate though...
Have fun on your trip! Great talking to you the other day. I miss me some Erin time!

Wow, what a change in your blog! I hadnt checked it in a long time and boy, was I surprised! I was sorry to have missed the Rick Warren interview, maybe I can read a review of it somewhere but I think you are probably right that the candidates tried to stay right in the middle of the road.
how was it?
